This is a rare, vintage model Selmer crafted circa 1929. It's a absolute joy to hold and play with excellent intonation and exacting response.
A real piece of history.
“A pre-loved saxophone in excellent condition and has been well cared for over the years. Overflowing with history this rare, bespoke instrument has some age-related defects such as a couple of dings to the underside of the bow/bell and a minor ding to the crook. There is some surface corrosion, cosmetic scratching and marks as to be expected of an instrument of this age. The outer carry case is robust and hefty and protects the instrument well both in storage and transit. It has a mild patch of oxidation to the middle front clasp and this does not lock but the two main clasps close the lid securely. This iconic and beautiful piece has recently been refurbed, repadded and completely overhauled by our technician. A real treasure.”
